Intech disposable Type Dust / Mist Respirator flat fold type without valve, single valve & double valve made
of non-woven material, light weight, comfortable to wear, does not interfere with vision, glasses or goggles.
Filtering: Four layered:
A. Outer: Pre filter, Elastic puncture free.
B. Mid 1: Filter media
C. Mid 2: Filter media.
Any material from both the filter media released by the air flow through the filter should not constitute a hazard
or nuisance for the wearer.
D. Inner: Comfort layer, Skin Friendly.
Particle Filter Penetration: Suitable for dry solid dust particle. Filtering efficiency (as per IS: 9473-2002)

Adjustable high tensile strength inner nose clip to assure quick and snug fit. The nose clip can be auto
inserted with wire mesh plastic embedded (Non-Aluminized), soft enough that it neither break nor corrode.
Respirators have low breathing resistance (Inhalation: a) @30 l/min < 0.7 mbar, b) @95 l/min < 2.40 mbar and
Exhalation: @160 l/min < 3.0 mbar).
Provided with double, latex-free, elastic band stitched outside of the filter area to prevent leaks.
